Key Responsibilities
Key Skills & Experience
- Develop and support applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
- Gather requirements and work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain existing applications and ensure data quality and security.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Fx and application integrations.
- Experience with CRM customisation, workflows and business process automation.
- Good problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
