Project overview
This contract role builds and maintains Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, dashboards, and reports for standardized data products. The engineer will manage model performance, refresh schedules, and workspace hygiene, and help business users resolve and re-validate dashboard issues during UAT. The core requirements are Power BI skills across semantic modeling, DAX, and report design; SQL; and a strong continuous-learning mindset. Databricks, data modeling, and healthcare or life sciences experience are listed as nice-to-haves.
The structured experience band is 2–4 years, with Noida or Pune as the locations; work mode is not specified.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, dashboards and reports for standardized data products.
- Own model performance, refresh scheduling, and workspace hygiene, and support business UAT by reproducing, fixing and re-validating reported dashboard issues.
- Partner with the data engineering team on data requirements and with the existing PBI team on consistent semantic definitions across reports.
