Our client is seeking a remote Presentation Designer for a short-term (3 weeks at around 10 hours per week), high-priority project supporting a key executive presentation. This role will partner closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to create polished, visually compelling presentation materials and custom iconography that align with established brand standards. We're looking for a designer who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled at translating complex information into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine approximately 15-20 executive presentation slides for a high-visibility business initiative
- Create 30-40 custom, brand-aligned icons and visual assets that support key messaging
- Ensure all presentation materials adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards
- Partner closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and execute revisions
- Develop scalable visual assets, templates, and presentation components for future use
- Maintain consistency across all visual elements while balancing creativity, clarity, and functionality
- Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:
- Strong experience designing executive-level presentations and visual communications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Slides
- Experience with Frontify
- Experience creating custom icons, infographics, and digital illustrations
- A clean, modern design aesthetic with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working within established brand systems and design guidelines
- Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders and incorporating feedback efficiently
