• Support the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Work dynamically with small groups and deliver targeted 1:1 interventions.
• Use creative and innovative approaches to enhance student engagement.
• Adapt resources and learning support on the spot to meet individual pupil needs.
• Prior experience working with children or young people in a primary school or educational setting (preferred).
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable (though passionate candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
• An Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided for this role).
• Strong classroom management skills with a flexible, empathetic, and professional approach.
