As a Privacy Officer, you will be the central point of contact for privacy and data protection within the organization. Responsibilities include drafting privacy policies, updating the processing register, and managing DPIAs.
Project overview
As a privacy officer, you are the central point of contact for privacy and data protection within the organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting privacy policy documents according to the IBD example
- Updating the processing register and developing a method to keep it current
- Establishing a procedure for handling DPIAs and informing involved colleagues about this
- Assessing whether a DPIA is necessary and supporting its execution
- Updating the privacy statement
- Demonstrable experience as a privacy officer within the social domain
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience with the GDPR
- Demonstrable experience with drafting privacy-related policy documents
- Demonstrable experience with a DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment)
- Diploma at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
