As a Privacy Officer, you will be the point of contact for privacy and data protection within the organization, responsible for developing and implementing policies, managing data processing registers, and advising on GDPR compliance.
Project overview
As Privacy Officer, you are the point of contact for privacy and data protection within the organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Develop and implement privacy policy in line with national guidelines
- Update the processing register and set up a methodology for structural safeguarding
- Set up and implement a procedure for DPIAs
- Determine if a DPIA is required and support its execution
- Update the privacy statement
- Advise management and colleagues on privacy and data protection issues
- Monitor compliance with the GDPR and internal privacy procedures
- Proven experience as a Privacy Officer in the social domain
- At least 3 years of experience with the application of the GDPR
- Experience in drafting privacy policy and associated policy documents
- Experience with conducting, guiding, and/or reviewing DPIAs
- Completed education at at least HBO bachelor level
