Process Director Care and Safety

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding and advising the Execution team in the creation of a Top 3 plan, together with the Regional Safety team.
• Guiding Wmo consultants with complex safety case work, so they can continue independently after the assignment.
• Supporting the youth care director active since September 1, 2026, with the revised approach.
• Setting up a process management file in which agreements, progress, evaluations, and scaling up or down are recorded.
• Reducing the waiting list within youth care management.
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Valid SKJ registration
• At least 2 years of work experience, gained in the last 5 years, within the social domain and/or care domain.
• Familiarity with domestic violence, child abuse, complex divorces, and mild intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• Experience with the Top 3 methodology as applied in the Proeftuin (plus)
• Familiarity with the social map of Zaanstreek-Waterland (plus)
