Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising and supporting the entire Execution team in drawing up a Top 3 plan in collaboration with the professionals of the Regional Safety Team.
• Advising and supporting the Wmo consultants within the Execution team with complex safety cases. Some of the safety cases referred by the police or Veilig Thuis for further support to the Execution team involve families without children. The intention is for Wmo consultants to handle these cases and manage them. The Wmo consultants within the Execution team are not all sufficiently trained and lack experience in this area. The process director will ensure that, within the timeframe of this assignment, the consultants can independently handle these cases after this period.
• Advising and supporting the youth care director, who started on September 1, 2026, with the revised working method.
• Implementing a good process management file in which agreements, progress, evaluations, and any scaling up or down are clearly recorded.
• Clearing the waiting list for youth care regulation.
• All assigned cases are provided with a complete Top-3 plan and, for youth, an up-to-date perspective plan, including implemented support and substantiation;
• Process management is demonstrably executed with a process management file, including evaluations, progress meetings, and timely scaling up or down;
• Wmo consultants can independently handle safety cases according to the revised working method;
• All final products are delivered by the agreed-upon date at the latest in a complete and traceable file.
• The process director for care and safety works independently and consults with stakeholders within the team or with the coordinator of the Execution team as needed. The final product is delivered without hierarchical management and without dependence on the team.
• There is complete freedom in working methods, location, and planning, as long as the final result is delivered in accordance with the assignment and within the agreed timeframe.
• The process director for care and safety is not part of the line organization and does not replace an employee. The work is carried out independently; the client only assesses the final result. There is no management of the process, only assessment of the agreed-upon results.
• The process director for care and safety monitors their own deployment, resources, and planning in consultation with the coordinator of the Execution team.
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level;
• Demonstrably in possession of a valid SKJ registration (registration number and expiry date clearly visible in the CV);
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the social domain and/or care domain in the past 5 years;
• Demonstrable knowledge of domestic violence, child abuse, complex divorces, and mild intellectual disabilities (LVB);
• Demonstrably capable of working integrally;
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Wmo (Social Support Act) and Jeugdwet (Youth Act);
• Demonstrable work experience with the Top 3 methodology as applied in the Proeftuin (Pilot Project);
• Demonstrable familiarity with the social map of Zaanstreek-Waterland.
