Procurement Advisor (interim)

Project overview

As a procurement advisor, you will temporarily replace a colleague and support the organization with procurement and tender issues, with a focus on ICT.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate and execute activities related to legal accountability.
• Provide advice on procurement issues and tender processes, from preparation through to execution.
• Support project teams in navigating European tender processes.
• Provide advice on tendering for ICT applications, an ERP system, and software broker services.
• Contribute to the further development of the procurement function through knowledge sharing and improvement proposals.
• Support with other procurement and organizational issues.
• Bachelor's degree level of work and thinking.
• NEVI 1 and NEVI 2 diplomas, or an equivalent procurement education.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the role of procurement advisor.
• Experience with independently managing European tender processes.
• Demonstrable experience with legal accountability in a government organization.
• Affinity with ICT-related procurement and contract issues.
• Experience in a digital, data-driven working environment.
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI for analyses and reporting.
