Seeking a Product Designer to focus on growth for a B2C mobile app, working on user acquisition and retention through gamification and data-driven iteration.
Project overview
The Context
A B2C app used daily by a very large audience. The Growth team is responsible for a significant portion of the year's objectives. It is very data-oriented, works in short cycles, and measures every change.
The Product
A consumer mobile app, on iOS and Android. Gamification is central: progression, challenges, celebration moments. The challenge on the Growth side: convert more visitors into registered users, then help them pass the first-week milestone.
The Mission
Practical Information
- Design the registration, onboarding, and first-week journeys, from user flows to final screens.
- Transform each test hypothesis into ready-to-develop mockups, in tandem with the PM.
- Add depth to progression moments: celebrations, visual rewards, micro-interactions, with art direction.
- Iterate based on A/B test results, and simplify without breaking what works.
- Contribute to a still-young design system.
- Support developers during build and acceptance testing.
- Daily Rate: 400
- 450
- Duration: 3 months, renewable
- Pace: part-time, 2.5 fixed days per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: remote, occasional visits to Paris appreciated but not mandatory
