Are you an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of leading complex transformation programmes? Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic product leadership for a critical Safety Transformation initiative.
The Opportunity
The Safety Transformation programme aims to improve the identification, understanding and management of vulnerability through enhanced operational practices, improved services and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple transformation initiatives.
Identify and prioritise Minimum Viable Product (MVP) opportunities that improve safety outcomes through digital, service, operational and policy interventions.
Lead backlog prioritisation to ensure resources are focused on the most impactful areas.
Collaborate with policy teams, service owners, operational leaders and key stakeholders to align strategic objectives.
Support discovery, Alpha and beta phases across multiple workstreams.
Develop a deeper understanding of data and information flows across key operational systems.
Oversee testing, evaluation and prioritisation of new services and capabilities.
Prepare products and services for successful transition into long-term ownership through documentation, stakeholder engagement and roadmap planning.
About You
Were looking for a highly capable Product Leader who can confidently operate in complex, high-profile environments.
You'll bring:
Significant experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for complex or high-risk services.
Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and prioritising work using user needs, data and organisational outcomes.
A history of coaching and mentoring Product Managers, helping develop capability and product maturity.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience delivering products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases using Agile and Lean methodologies.
