Detailed description of the need

As part of a strategic digital transformation program, a major player in the financial sector is looking for an experienced Product Manager Data Model & Data Quality with solid expertise in Data product management and Snowflake.

The organization is evolving its operational model around autonomous multidisciplinary squads, integrating new Agile practices and innovative tools based on artificial intelligence.

The mission is part of the transformation of a strategic CRM platform, developed internally and used by over 1,200 employees across 7 business lines.

You will join the Data Model & Data Quality squad, whose objective is to strengthen the quality, consistency, governance, and reliability of data within the CRM ecosystem.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner, business teams, and technical experts, you will be responsible for the operational management of the squad and the successful execution of the product roadmap.

Your main missions

• Product Management and Squad Coordination
• Manage the execution of the roadmap defined by the Product Owner.
• Build and track delivery plans, milestones, and priorities.
• Coordinate various expertise areas: Business Analysts, developers, QA, UX/UI Designers, and Data teams.
• Identify and anticipate risks, dependencies, and blocking points.
• Monitor squad capacity, velocity, and performance indicators.
• Data Modeling, Data Quality & Governance
• Contribute to the structuring and evolution of the CRM data models.
• Integrate data quality requirements from the design phases (Data Quality by Design).
• Support the definition and application of data governance principles.
• Identify data quality, consistency, and reliability issues and manage improvement actions.
• Collaborate with technical and Data teams around the Snowflake ecosystem to ensure model consistency and proper data utilization.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs and continuous improvement actions.
• Product Discovery & Continuous Improvement
• Organize and facilitate Product Discovery and Design Thinking workshops.
• Gather and analyze business needs and user pain points.
• Define an MVP approach to favor progressive deliveries with high added value.
• Coordinate the design and validation of functional prototypes.
• Populate and prioritize the continuous improvement backlog according to business value.
• Change Management & Adoption
• Support users in adopting CRM evolutions.
• Participate in defining communication and training plans.
• Measure adoption, user satisfaction, and the impact of new features.
• Utilize user feedback and usage indicators to guide improvements.
