Project overview

MDM NT, based in Bielsko-Biała, has been on the market since 1995, specializing in the production of high-quality roofing membranes and accessories. MDM NT's offer includes vapor-permeable membranes based on TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), vapor-permeable and vapor-barrier films made of polypropylene/polyethylene (PP/PE), as well as roofing membranes and a wide range of roofing accessories. Production takes place in the company's four modern plants, located in Bielsko-Biała, Bażanowice, Wiślica, and Wojciechów.

They produce, among other things, roofing membranes, vapor barriers, polypropylene (PP) nonwovens, polyester (PES) nonwovens, modern laminates, microporous diffusion films, and monolithic TPU films.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing a product group throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Analyzing the market, competition, and trends, and identifying development opportunities.
• Initiating and coordinating the implementation of new products and modifications of existing ones.
• Conducting or participating in product certification.
• Analyzing product, sales, and cost data and preparing business recommendations.
• Interpreting standards, technical requirements, and product documentation.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
• Cooperating with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales/Trade departments.
• Product training and technical support for clients and employees.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (preferred: construction, materials engineering, or related) or economic education combined with practical experience in the building materials industry.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Advisor, Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, Technical and Sales Representative, or in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions and analyze the market and competition.
• Ease of working with standards, technical data sheets, and product documentation.
• Independence, good organization, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Resilience to time pressure, initiative, and responsibility.
• Curiosity, openness to questioning established methods, and seeking better solutions.
• Category B driver's license.
