Within the IT department, the client is seeking to strengthen its expertise in data product management to:

Tools & Environment

• Management of the existing product, compliant with NDOD regulations (Overdraft and Default Detection Standards).
• Engine redesign: modernization of the architecture and integration of AI to improve defect detection and analysis.
• Ensure data quality and its alignment with business needs.
• Rethink dashboards for visualizing client data, particularly their outstanding amounts (exposures, risks, etc.).
• Objective: simplify data access, improve user experience.
• Backlog management: prioritization of user stories, sprint management, and alignment with stakeholders (Risk departments).
• Collaboration with teams:
• Data: data integration, validation of NDOD rules, and AI utilization for the default engine.
• Technical: support for developers in redesigning engines and visions.
• Business: gathering requirements and validating deliverables (e.g., prototypes of new client visions).
• Dependency management:
• Coordination with teams for data integration.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance (NDOD).
• Continuous improvement:
• Identify opportunities for automation (e.g., generation of client visions) and innovation (e.g., use of AI for defect detection).
