Assignment description
As a Product Owner, you will work with your team to create maximum value with your product. You undertake, experiment, analyze, inspire, and make crucial decisions. This way, you make an indispensable contribution to the digitalization of the Judiciary.
You investigate what users and stakeholders want, why they want it, and what the benefits can be. Think, for example, of shorter lead times, higher user satisfaction, or cost reduction. Then you look at whether and how this fits within the plan and create a roadmap. In it, you describe the direction we are going with the product/service, how we will approach it, and how we will measure the effect of the changes.
You act as an entrepreneur. And you have the courage to break through existing processes or ways of thinking, or to say no when you are convinced that a certain idea or need does not lead to an improvement, or is too expensive.
You will be deployed at one of the bases (departments) on one or more teams. For example, within the Public Services base. Public Services realizes and delivers services for external stakeholders of the Judiciary, such as citizens, lawyers, and other professionals.
