Lead the product strategy and development for an internal AI agent platform within a large industrial group, focusing on cybersecurity use cases.
Project overview
Context: Large industrial group building an internal agent platform to unify AI POCs from its cybersecurity teams. Users are internal employees (SOC, CTI, incident response, audit, pentest), not external clients. SAFe organization. Position based in Île-de-France (Meudon), flexible remote work, no security clearance required. 2-interview process. Budget to be confirmed.
Mission: Bring product culture to an entity that comes from services, and manage the "agent platform" product as well as the agents that will be published on it.
Responsibilities
o Lead discovery with user teams: personas, user stories, gathering real needs.
o Gather and prioritize business use cases, which will determine the first work packages.
o Build and maintain the roadmap and backlog for the platform and agents, write PRDs.
o Evangelize the role of Product Owner and product management to managers and teams.
o Manage agents as products: version management, features, user feedback.
Profile sought
Key skills:
o Solid experience in product management / product ownership, mastery of the SAFe framework.
o Proven experience with AI / Data products, ideally built from scratch.
o Strong discovery logic, sensitivity to product design and UX.
o An appetite for cybersecurity is a plus.
Profile:
Pedagogical, convincing, comfortable with adopting a new way of working in a technical engineering environment.
