Overall assignment description

We are now looking for a Product Owner with requirements experience for verksamt.se with competence level 4 at Tillväxtverket, located in Stockholm.

Verksamt.se is the government agencies' joint website for those starting and running businesses in Sweden and has existed as a service since 2009. The development work is carried out in collaboration between Tillväxtverket, Bolagsverket, and Skatteverket. We are now looking for a product owner with solid experience in requirements work who can strengthen the work of developing services on verksamt.se that simplify things for businesses.

As a product owner with requirements experience in Tillväxtverket's verksamt.se team, you will be responsible for driving the work of identifying needs, defining requirements, and prioritizing backlogs for our internal and external systems. You will lead a team of approximately 8 people and be accustomed to having many points of contact both on the IT side and in the business (editorial, UX, project managers, architects, etc.). Collaboration and cooperation are central and important parts of the work, as the development of verksamt.se is done together with other government agencies.

Mandatory requirements

At least 4 years of experience in a corresponding role.

At least 4 years of experience working in agile teams.

Experience with requirements management tools.

Very good knowledge of requirements methodology for in-house developed applications.

Understanding of and experience with test analysis.

Basic understanding of Java and JavaScript.

Meritorious requirements

Technical background, for example, as a developer.

Certification in requirements specification/requirement engineering.

Ability to manage different environments, such as test environments and production environments.

Experience with Gitlab etc.

Headless CMS, for example, Drupal.
