Product Owner Zscaler

Project overview

Context

For a large international group, we are looking for a Product Owner Zscaler.

The group has made Zscaler the foundation of its Zero Trust strategy: secure internet access (ZIA) and access to private applications (ZPA). The platform is deployed and in production across the entire group. You will be responsible for it from end to end: ensuring daily operations and driving developments, with a team of 4 people already in place.

Missions

Reporting to the CISO, you will be the guardian of the Zscaler product within the group and will manage the team of 4 Zscaler engineers/administrators.

What we offer you

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security level of the ZIA / ZPA platform for 50,000 users in all countries of the group
• Organize Level 2 / 3 support, incident, problem, and change management
• Define and monitor service KPIs / SLAs, produce reports for the CISO and management
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards, operating procedures, and runbooks
• Industrialize operations: automation, Zscaler API, supervision, policy reviews
• Drive the group's Zscaler product roadmap: backlog, prioritization, arbitration with the CISO, network, workplace, IAM teams, and entities
• Frame and manage developments and scope extensions: new entities or acquisitions, new use cases, hardening of policies (SSL inspection, DLP, application segmentation, endpoint posture), new editor features
• Manage integrations with the security ecosystem (IAM / SSO, EDR, SIEM, MDM, SD-WAN)
• Manage relationships with the editor and integrators: roadmap, licenses, escalations, version upgrades
• Supervise, organize, and develop the skills of the team of 4 people
• Be the key contact person for the group's entities and countries regarding the product
• Support local IT teams and users in the adoption and evolution of the service
