Production Designer, Packaging Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support packaging development, artwork production, and product SKU expansion across a broad product portfolio. This role will focus on executing and adapting existing creative concepts for print packaging, ensuring all files are production-ready, technically accurate, and aligned with brand standards. Key Responsibilities Execute packaging artwork and production files for new and existing products. Adapt approved creative across multiple SKUs, product formats, sizes, fragrances, and seasonal offerings.

Prepare, organize, and deliver print-ready files that meet manufacturing and vendor specifications. Manage packaging updates, revisions, copy changes, and line extensions with a high degree of accuracy. Collaborate with brand, product development, marketing, and packaging teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through production. Maintain consistency across packaging systems while supporting high-volume production needs. Review artwork for quality control, ensuring compliance with print specifications, dielines, and production requirements.

Support asset management and file organization to streamline production workflows. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Packaging Production Artist, or similar role. Strong experience preparing artwork for print production and packaging manufacturing. Deep understanding of print processes, color management, prepress standards, and packaging production workflows. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting high-volume SKU creation and packaging adaptations. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, home fragrance, beauty, or related industries. Familiarity with packaging dielines, labeling requirements, and production vendor specifications. Experience supporting seasonal product launches, product extensions, and large packaging portfolios.
