Job Description

As an Operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for a safe and efficient production process. You operate machines, monitor the process, and perform checks to ensure everything runs according to the set quality standards.

• Operating and checking production machines.
• Monitoring the production process.
• Performing quality checks and registrations.
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions.
• Cleaning and reconfiguring equipment.
• Working according to GMP, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Contributing to process improvements within the department.
• MBO (vocational secondary education) work and thinking level is a plus, but certainly not mandatory.
• Experience as an operator or within a production environment is a plus.
• Technical insight and interest in machines and processes.
• Ability to work accurately and with a focus on quality.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• A gross hourly wage between €2,600 and €3,500 gross per month.
• 24.42% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage.
