Detailed Description of Missions:
The successful candidate will be integrated into the on-call system of the team 24/7.

- Guarantee the availability of technical resources
- Analyze and correct incidents at levels 2 and 3
- Actively participate in production deployment and software development processes in relation with Publisher Operators and provide operational support to project teams
- Implement technical solutions for incident resolution. Perform diagnostics to identify causes of malfunction, propose and implement corrections and "back-up" solutions.
- Maintain the operational condition of information system applications with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.
- Analyze operational risks and customer impacts within their area of responsibility
- Ensure environment management (definition of needs, validation of development and testing environments, monitoring)
- Provide consulting, assistance, information, training, and alerting regarding integration (definition of IS components, management of implementation, and guarantee of the required quality level).
- Participate in defining exploitability requirements in their area of responsibility and, if necessary, manage the interface with experts from other domains and handle exchanges with suppliers.
- Participate in the reliability, security, and optimization of security in their area of responsibility
- Propose innovative solutions to improve the performance of their business area
- Ensure the correct level of service quality in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements in their area of responsibility
- Implement supervision for entrusted applications
- Prepare integration and implementation for sensitive applications
