We re working with a world-leading automotive manufacturer with over 100 years of innovation. Their modern, well-organised facility has a strong order book and is continuing to grow and they re now welcoming Production Operatives to join the team on a long-term basis, with immediate starts available.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you ll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a three-shift rotation:

You ll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.

• Days: £12.99 per hour
• Lates: £15.07 per hour
• Nights: £18.06 per hour
• Overtime: £17.28 £25.98 per hour
• Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings
• Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components
• Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
• Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe
• Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly
• Days: 7am 3pm
• Lates: 3pm 11pm
• Nights: 11pm 7am
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential full training is provided
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment
