Program Coordinator Digital Security

Project overview

As program coordinator, you will manage coherence and progress within the Digital Security Program.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Drawing up an integral phase plan with planning, milestones, dependencies, and decision moments
• Setting up a current program dashboard for progress, risks, and results
• Setting up a reporting and accountability cycle including escalation procedure
• Setting up a governance and decision-making structure with role distribution
• Evaluating program control and analyzing risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Drawing up a current roadmap with priorities and decision moments
• Completing the current program phase with a closing file, results, and lessons learned
• Drawing up an advisory document for the follow-up phase
• Identifying risks and compliance issues and translating them into proposals for program management
• Completed HBO bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certificate
• Experience with implementing BIO and/or BIO2 at a government or security organization
• Experience as a subject matter advisor on information security for CIO, CTO, and/or CISO
• In the past 3 years, at least one similar assignment has been completed within the security domain
• At least 3 years of work experience in the past 5 years with program direction, control, and/or management within information security programs
• Experience with the Base27 Risk & Compliance Platform
• Available from January 4, 2027, for 18 to 36 hours per week for the entire assignment period
