Mission Context

The mission consists of structuring and implementing the deployment model, governance processes, planning, and management methods necessary for the large-scale deployment of industrial digitalization solutions, notably MES, Production Reporting, Quality Operations, and Electronic Work Packets (eWP).

The objective is to establish a standardized, reproducible, and scalable deployment model that ensures the coordination of different sites and prepares for future deployment waves.

• Define and structure a global, scalable, and standardized deployment model.
• Coordinate and manage deployments across approximately 28 industrial sites.
• Implement program governance and reporting processes.
• Develop and support a network of Site Deployment Leaders.
• Develop the deployment strategy, sequencing, and prioritization of sites.
• Build and maintain the program's master plan.
• Ensure the planning of regional resources and capacities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, critical milestones, and action plans.
• Coordinate the preparation of Go-Lives and post-deployment support phases.
• Ensure the monitoring of the deployment portfolio through to execution.
• Formalize deployment standards, documentation, and methodologies.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES): advanced.
