Program Manager Digital Transition

Project overview

The assignment involves providing new direction to the Aventus Digital program, so that the digital transition truly lands within the organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Reassessing the existing program approach and priorities, and making proposals for realignment
• Organizing decision-making by presenting issues well-prepared to the steering group
• Monitoring the coherence between sub-projects based on the Aventus@2030 strategy and the educational vision
• Stimulating adoption and behavioral change, with attention to culture and differences in pace
• Leading the program team and facilitating the project leaders as one team
• Monitoring and reporting on progress, risks, and budget, and organizing reflection moments
• Communicating a clear perspective and translating complex issues into advice and decision documents
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in change management
• Minimum 10 years of experience with digitalization and its impact on an organization
• Experience working in education, preferably within secondary vocational education (mbo)
• Experience with stepping into and restarting an ongoing program (preferred)
• Strong change management profile with strategic, tactical, and pragmatic capabilities
• Sensitivity to organizational dynamics and the nuances within an educational institution
• Ability to connect and create buy-in and ownership
• Firmness to take a stance and provide direction without hierarchical power
