Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Manage the Energy & Sustainability Program integrally
- Advise management, directors, and executives on strategic issues
- Ensure progress reports, decision-making, and accountability
- Connect internal and external stakeholders and maintain relevant networks
- Coordinate the various projects and sub-tasks within the program
- Identify opportunities, risks, and developments within the field
- Ensure effective execution of the program objectives
- Educational level of at least HBO Bachelor
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a program manager or in a comparable role within a public organization
- At least 1 year of experience within programs and/or projects in the field of sustainability, energy transition, and/or living environment
- Demonstrable experience in advising executives
