Program Manager Energy & Sustainability (secondment)

Project overview

As program manager, you will steer the Energy & Sustainability Program.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Steer the program in an integrated manner
• Advise management, directors, and administrators on strategic issues
• Prepare progress reports and contribute to decision-making and accountability
• Connect internal and external stakeholders and maintain relevant networks
• Coordinate the various projects and sub-tasks within the program
• Identify opportunities, risks, and developments within the field
• Ensure effective realization of the program objectives
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Demonstrable work experience with administrative advisory services, supported by a concrete example
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager or in a comparable role within a public organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience with programs and/or projects in the field of sustainability, energy transition, and/or living environment
• Willingness to use own IT resources (Bring Your Own Device)
• Experience with continuing, further developing, and/or implementing ongoing programs within a complex public organization is a plus
• Experience within an environmental service is a plus
