Project overview

As program manager, you will lead the Infra sub-program within the National Growth Fund program Future Proof Living Environment.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading the Infra sub-program, both internally and externally
• Coordinating three pilot projects around data-driven management and IFD bridges
• Connecting public clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, provinces, and municipalities
• Organizing meetings to involve market parties and knowledge institutions
• Delivering financial and progress reports to management and consortium
• Assessing the impact of proposed innovations
• Structuring the supply chain for industrial, flexible, and demountable construction
• Selecting and designing pilot projects within existing infra projects
• Maintaining the connection with the sustainable bridges coalition
• Leading and guiding involved knowledge institutions
• WO work and thinking level, with a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning and guiding complex innovation programs with multiple stakeholders
• Minimum 3 years of experience with data-driven asset management of civil engineering structures
• Minimum 2 years of experience with innovations in the design and construction of civil engineering structures, for example circular, modular, or industrial construction
• Availability of an average of 16 hours per week between January 2027 and December 2028
