Our client

Our client is a major Australian organisation undertaking a significant supply chain transformation. This is your opportunity to help reshape operations across automated distribution centres, working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business.

The role

Based at the automated distribution centre in Western Sydney, you'll join the Supply Chain Transformation team.

You'll take ownership of operational project delivery and help bring people, processes and technology together. This role offers hands-on involvement in a complex transformation, with the opportunity to influence decisions and see your work translate into operational outcomes.

• Manage operational project plans, schedules, dependencies and deliverables.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and drive actions through to completion.
• Coordinate transition activities and help embed the target operating model across both sites.
• Bring together Operations, People & Culture, Technology and Safety stakeholders.
• Prepare clear status reports, governance updates and senior stakeholder communications.
• Maintain quality standards, secure approvals and resolve delivery barriers.
• 10+ years' experience delivering projects, including large-scale initiatives exceeding $10 million.
• Experience delivering business transformation across multiple functions.
• Retail industry knowledge and an understanding of supply chain operations.
• Experience with people change or insourcing.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Up to $1,000 per day including superannuation.
• Full-time contract through to end of June 2027.
• Four days onsite each week.
• Exposure to senior leaders and transformation across two automated distribution centres.
