Assignment Description

For deployment on approx. 8 projects, we are looking for a project control advisor. In this role, you will provide independent, professional advice to the client and project leader on the GROKIT aspects. You will be a sparring partner and point of contact for, among others, the project leaders, project controllers, and clients of the KRW water chain program. You will ensure good coordination with the project controllers of the underlying projects, so that they deliver results within the set timeline and budget that meet the agreed-upon quality requirements.

You will contribute to a professional project approach that aligns with the work processes for project-based work established within the organization.

Responsibilities

Function Requirements

• Providing solicited and unsolicited advice on the setup and quality of project control, program control, and compliance with agreed-upon work processes and procedures;
• Advising on and supporting risk management based on RISMAN;
• Advising on and supporting time management and control within a project;
• Supporting (financial) project administration and providing (management) information
• HBO+ work and thinking level
• Minimum of 5 years of recent work experience with project control, preferably at a water board;
• Extensive experience with financial, time, and risk management in projects within a public organization;
• Knowledge of and work experience with Excel, MS Project, and RiskChallenger;
• Experience with (European) subsidy trajectories is a plus;
• A positively critical outlook and proactive attitude;
• Be present at our office in Almelo at least 50% of the working time. This assignment is not suitable for freelancers.
