As a project controller, you will contribute to the management of various development projects within the municipality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding and advising on the setup and control of development projects
- Monitoring progress and advising project leaders on improvements, risks, and control measures
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, municipal frameworks, and internal guidelines
- Contributing to the setup and positioning of the project controller role within the organization
- Identifying bottlenecks and deviations in projects and advising project leaders and management on these
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Accountancy, Finance & Control, or a comparable field
- Demonstrable minimum of 3 years of work experience as a project controller at a municipality or commercial company
- Experience with stakeholder management in a political-administrative context
- Preferred: minimum of 2 years of experience advising project leaders and managers on financial control, risks, and project steering
- Preferred: work experience within infrastructure projects
- Preferred: work experience with financial project control
- Preferred: minimum of 2 years of experience as a project controller at municipal organizations
