Project overview

The assignment concerns the independent rollout of an existing sustainability approach for private rental properties at selected municipalities in Zeeland.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Prepare and coordinate the implementation approach and planning per participating municipality
• Collect and process municipal source data and Land Registry data on private rental properties
• Draft communication letters and surveys tailored to each municipality
• Analyze received survey results, ownership and usage situations, and energy label data
• Deliver municipal reports with conclusions and recommendations for follow-up steps
• Document the achieved results, status, and any dependencies
• Description of the implementation approach used
• Skill in overseeing and analyzing the response to surveys
• Insight into the private rental stock and the ownership and usage situations
• Analysis of available energy label data (desirable)
• Overview of sustainability plans, obstacles, and support needs from landlords (desirable)
• Conclusions and concrete recommendations for possible municipal follow-up steps (desirable)
