Project Leader Development Administrative Management Information (secondment)

Project overview

As a project leader, you will bring together policy frameworks, developments, and implementation practices to improve Delfland's financial reporting and associated processes.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventory and analyze existing policy, agreements, processes, and relevant developments
• Identify obstacles, risks, and interdependencies for the organization
• Develop and update processes, tools, and reports for management information
• Write memos, advisory reports, and proposals for improvement
• Discuss proposals with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
• Document and hand over issues, proposals for implementation, and ongoing actions to finance and policy advisors
• WO work and thinking level, demonstrable
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with the implementation of the software solution LIAS at provinces, municipalities, or water boards
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in project leadership focused on optimizing the financial function and reporting at provinces, municipalities, or water boards
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of financial advisor at provinces, municipalities, or water boards
• Availability of 36 hours per week from November 21, 2026
