Project Leader Living with a Plus and Care Zone (Interim)

Project overview

As project leader, you are responsible for the further rollout of Living with a Plus and the realization of the first care zone in Katwijk.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate the Living with a Plus concept at four locations in Katwijk
• Chair and manage the Living with a Plus working group
• Monitor the principles and cooperation agreements from the handbook
• Set up the first care zone near a Living with a Plus location
• Facilitate the connection between Living with a Plus and the care zone
• Identify and discuss risks in setup and execution with the process manager for Living, Care, and Welfare
• Coordinate with the municipality, housing association Dunavie, parties from care and welfare, and residents
• Completed education at least at HBO bachelor level
• At least 3 years of experience, gained in the past 5 years, in a role as project leader, program manager, or similar coordinating position at a municipality, care organization, or collaboration within the social domain
• At least 2 years of experience, within the last 5 years, managing projects involving multiple organizations from housing, care, and/or welfare
• Available from December 1, 2026, at the latest, for an average of 27 hours per week
• Knowledge of the Katwijk context
