Project Leader Recruitment (Detached)

Project overview

Coordinate a large-scale recruitment, selection, and training operation to onboard approximately 90 new legal employees in a short period.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Manage national and regional recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate selection processes in multiple districts
• Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders such as Department Managers, temporary employment agencies, recruitment agencies, managers, and trainers
• Plan training groups in collaboration with the internal academy
• Manage capacity and inflow across multiple regions
• Monitor coherence, progress, and decision-making within the entire operation
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a project manager or consultant on projects that affect the entire organization
• Demonstrable ability to manage complex change and implementation processes
• Extensive experience in managing stakeholders at various levels within complex organizations
• Strong organizational skills and experience with project planning and control
• Experience with monitoring and reporting progress, risks, and results
• Excellent communication skills and administrative sensitivity
• Results-oriented and ability to perform under high time pressure
• Experience with labor market issues, recruitment, or large-scale inflow processes
