Project Leader SKIP

Project overview

As a project leader, you will work on strengthening and further developing the SKIP program in West Brabant.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop a campaign calendar with an overview of ongoing and planned campaigns and activities
• Develop a proposal for a permanent consultation and support structure with municipalities
• Analyze the connection between target groups, activities, and the goal of denormalizing drug use
• Connect existing SKIP interventions with themes such as alcohol use and vaping
• Develop a substantively substantiated development plan for SKIP, including monitoring and financial phasing
• Propose a division of roles and structural organization and financing of SKIP
• Develop a multi-year continuity plan with recommendations and follow-up steps for national safeguarding
• HBO or WO work and thinking level, preferably in a socio-civic direction
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with project coordination
• Experience collaborating within a network of municipalities, central government, and social organizations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in topics such as prevention, health, and social issues
• Hands-on mentality with rapid switching ability
