This is what you will do

As a Senior Project Manager Area Development, you will provide direction for projects that make a real difference for the people who live, work, and experience life in Venlo. You will work on complex and meaningful spatial assignments – from inner-city redevelopment to new residential areas, from infrastructural facilities to social real estate – with liveability, sustainability, and connection at the core. With your experience, overview, and natural leadership, you will bring people and interests together. You listen, connect, and create support.

At the same time, you know when a decision is needed and provide clear direction. This way, you ensure that plans are not only strong on paper but also come to life in practice. You will work closely with administrators, colleagues from policy and execution, and external partners. You will actively involve residents, entrepreneurs, and market parties in the development of plans. Because you know: only together can we achieve results that truly last.

The Team

Team Project and Process Management guides spatial projects from idea to realization. From simple to complex, sometimes under municipal direction, sometimes facilitating private initiatives. Great challenges. We work result-oriented, but never alone.
