Banking group, IT system migration context for two entities.

Strategic program

The ORION Program aims to establish a common technological platform for Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne. This Program will enable the migration of 13 Banques Populaires establishments to the new Target IT System (MySys supplemented with functional contributions (gaps)) by mid-2028.

Deliverables

Within the core team, the team member joins the Gaps/COP team.

They will work in pairs with the referent for monitoring gaps and managing relationships with platforms.

The scope includes, for two BPCE SI platforms: the gap scope (Macro-gaps, detailed gaps reported by the Banques Populaires from different waves, technical adaptations), the COP scope (preparation and facilitation of meetings, consideration and processing of issues raised during these meetings).

• Ensure the consistency of steering tools and feed the "Golden Source" to ensure the quality of scope steering.
• Support the referent in coordinating gap projects and in streamlining the work requested from products by the program's workstreams.
• Be able to take a high-level view of issues to ensure consistency between different supports.
• Aptitude for transverse steering
• They manage resource allocation forecasts, track progress, and the project budget. They alert project managers in case of deviations from forecasts.
• They are involved either directly in projects or on behalf of a department for transverse monitoring of the project portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account the constraints and dependencies of the various resources that must be engaged in terms of costs, deadlines, and skills to achieve the expected quality.
• Verify the progress of the project/program according to defined requirements (quality, cost, deadline, etc.) and compliance with commitments.
• Verify the application of methodology and best practices.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Evaluate the current and projected capacity of resources and tasks, propose optimization and possible reallocation.
• Propose adjustments and replanning if necessary.
• Track and update the budget.
• Monitor allocated resources against forecasts (consumed, remaining, schedule).
• Produce the necessary reporting for the steering of the relevant departments and for the development of dashboards.
• They manage the process of developing master plans and translate it into a roadmap.
