Project Manager Civil Engineering

Project overview

The assignment includes the integral preparation, tendering, and realization of civil engineering projects in public spaces.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate preliminary investigations
• Liaise with utility companies so that work preferably takes place before execution
• Organize resident participation
• Supervise and control preliminary design, design, detailed design, and RAW specifications
• Supervise the tendering process together with the procurement officer
• Manage site supervision and direct inspectors
• Focus on quality, planning, budget, and environmental management
• Ensure coordination between all involved parties
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years with civil engineering projects, from the beginning to the end of the process
• Completed civil engineering education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Experience with decision-making processes within municipalities and writing council or executive board proposals
• Experience with the preparation, tendering, and execution of reconstruction and redevelopment projects
• Experience with UAV, the RAW system, and work processes within municipalities
• Experience with involving residents and environmental management
• Work experience with coordination between utility companies, cables, and pipelines
