Project Manager Demolition and Construction Loobrug

Project overview

As project manager, you will oversee the execution of the demolition and new construction of the Loobrug.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Review and assess contractor plans and identify risks
• Coordinate involved utility companies within the project
• Advise on the practical feasibility of the work
• Monitor quality, planning, progress, budget, and risk management
• Monitor permits, traffic measures, and BLVC aspects
• Check interim statements and additional/lesser work
• Resolve daily execution issues with involved parties
• Chair construction meetings
• Attend preliminary and final inspections and prepare minutes
• Ensure proper handover and transfer to management
• Working and thinking level at HBO (higher professional education) level, preferably in Civil Engineering or Construction
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in civil engineering projects
• Experience in managing contractors under RAW, D&C, and/or UAV contracts
• Valid VCA-VOL certification
• Experience within a government organization or from the client's perspective is a plus
• Flexibility to perform evening, night, or weekend work if necessary
