Mission Context

The company wishes to evolve its mobility offering to cover all means of transport offered to its beneficiaries and clients, including:

The objective is to offer fully digitized services and to build a true mobility platform.

This platform must also contribute to the evolution of customer omnichannelity, by centralizing business rules and processes so that all consuming tools and applications can rely on common, consistent, and unique rules.

A first platform has already been created. The challenge of the mission now consists of structuring the product, building the associated ecosystem, and organizing its progressive deployment.

Depending on their experience and level of autonomy, the consultant may act as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.

• organize the target go-live of the first package in April;
• define the deployment trajectory for the three complementary packages planned for next year;
• build and coordinate the ecosystem around the existing platform;
• ensure alignment between business, product, IT, and various distribution channel needs;
• guarantee the consistency and centralization of business rules;
• secure deadlines, decisions, dependencies, and program risks.
• Clarify the vision, objectives, and scope of the mobility platform.
• Define the product and project roadmap.
• Structure the different packages, their dependencies, and prerequisites.
• Identify stakeholders, contributors, and each person's responsibilities.
• Establish governance bodies and decision-making processes.
• Define project monitoring indicators and success criteria.
• Organize the detailed scoping of the first package.
• Coordinate business, product, IT, architecture, data, and integration teams.
• Monitor design, development, testing, and go-live preparation.
• Secure the trajectory towards a go-live in April.
• Anticipate and address risks, alerts, and dependencies.
• Prepare the decisions necessary for the smooth running of the project.
• Identify systems, applications, and partners to integrate with the platform.
• Coordinate interfacing and integration work.
• Define principles for the flow and centralization of business rules.
• Ensure consistency of customer journeys and services across different channels.
• Organize exchanges with teams responsible for consuming applications.
• Contribute to defining urbanization, API, and integration standards.
• Prepare and lead project committees, steering committees, and workshops.
• Produce clear, concise, and decision-oriented reporting.
• Alert quickly in case of deviations or difficulties.
• Propose decision-making scenarios and provide recommendations.
• Challenge requests, choices, and priorities when necessary.
• Ensure decision-making and follow-up of actions.
