Project Manager HR Systems & HR Key User Team - AFAS (contract)

Project overview

The project manager will lead the further development of AFAS and the establishment of an HR Key User team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Prioritize and analyze change requests and improvement initiatives within AFAS
• Establish a working method for analysis, management, and decision-making regarding the system
• Monitor the coherence between HR, financial, and system processes
• Coordinate collaboration between HR, functional management, Information Provision, and Product Owner AFAS
• Develop a supported roadmap for the further development of AFAS HR & payroll
• Set up and further develop the HR Key User team, including roles and working methods
• Coach and guide key users in their role
• Analyze and structure the existing development portfolio and establish a prioritization methodology
• Set up consultation and governance structures for system development
• Guide the HR organization in change and adoption of AFAS
• HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AFAS implementations and/or further development of AFAS
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager within HR systems
• Experience with setting up or guiding a key user organization or user network
• Experience within a public or non-profit organization
• Skill in stakeholder management at both tactical and strategic levels
• Availability of an average of 16 hours per week for the entire assignment
