Department Information

Within the Societal Prioritization program, the Housing Construction Transition Scheme is being implemented. This scheme impacts processes, systems, governance, and working methods within Enexis. To realize the implementation in a timely, uniform, and controlled manner, temporary external project management capacity is needed.

Activities

The project manager is responsible for the implementation of the Housing Construction Transition Scheme within Enexis. They will translate the scheme into concrete adjustments in processes, systems, roles, responsibilities, and work instructions. Additionally, they will organize and coordinate the implementation, prepare decision-making, monitor risks and dependencies, and ensure a sustainable transfer to the line organization.

Impact analysis.

Stakeholder analysis.

Implementation plan including planning, risks, and dependencies.

Governance and decision-making proposals.

Adjusted processes and work instructions.

Communication and implementation products.

Transfer and assurance plan.

Progress and final report.

Requirements

HBO/WO work and thinking level.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager within complex implementations.

Experience with organization-wide process and system changes.

Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management.

Experience with implementation, change, and governance issues.

Available for 32 hours per week.

Wishes

Experience within the energy or infrastructure sector.

Experience with implementations based on laws and regulations.

Knowledge of PRINCE2, IPMA, or comparable methodologies.

Experience with change management and adoption.
