A major industrial group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design and deployment of industrial applications (MES/WMS) as part of a major site transformation project involving new production facilities and IT/OT integration.
Project overview
A major industrial group is profoundly transforming its Lorraine site. It is building a new production facility, which involves new process equipment and the overhaul of infrastructures. The program includes the implementation of a new industrial application landscape: supervision, MES, WMS, with strong IT/OT integration.
Your role
Reporting to the project team, you will manage the design and deployment of industrial applications, from business needs to go-live.
Missions
- Plan and coordinate the IT activities of the project, lead follow-up meetings, prepare and monitor steering committees.
- Lead business workshops, analyze needs, and contribute to functional design.
- Draft software tenders, analyze bids, and participate in vendor selection.
- Draft specifications, functional specifications, user guides, and operating procedures.
- Prepare and execute acceptance testing, support the launch, and train users in the field.
