Context of the mission

As part of the modernization of its steering and collaboration tools, a large organization is looking for an IT Project Manager specializing in PPM/SPM tools and Atlassian solutions.

The consultant will join a team responsible for evolving the tools used by IT teams and certain business units. They will be involved in transformation, managing evolutions, support, and user guidance.

The mission requires working with numerous stakeholders: IT teams, Product Owners, business teams, application managers, agile coaches, publishers, and integrators.

Objectives and deliverables

Responsibilities

Expected deliverables may include:

• contributing to the redesign and modernization of a portfolio and project management tool;
• gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing user needs;
• evaluating the value and relevance of evolution requests;
• contributing to the definition and implementation of new features;
• ensuring the operational maintenance and sustainability of the tools;
• providing functional support to users;
• preparing and delivering training or tutorials;
• contributing to the harmonization of practices and usage;
• supporting the deployment of scaled agile practices;
• participating in the facilitation of committees and monitoring bodies;
• identifying and proposing improvements to processes and procedures.
