Project overview

Stedin is looking for a Project Manager. (ZZP NOT POSSIBLE) Indicative hourly rate is €85,- all-in, excluding VAT.

As a Project Manager within the DA Maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordination for the benefit of the execution of the DA project (Data Automation). Your focus will primarily be on all functionally steering activities related to the rollout of DA 3.0. With your leadership and expertise, you will guide a project team and ensure flawless execution.

You are also an important linchpin in the organization, looking ahead, thinking along, attending meetings, and ensuring good cooperation within and outside the chain. The project team is responsible for training technicians, ordering materials, arranging conditional matters, maintaining contact with executors and technicians, and creating work orders for correct execution of the assignment.

With your leadership and expertise, you will guide this project team and ensure flawless execution.

The department focuses on, among other things, the large-scale rollout of DA 3.0, installing and replacing Smart Grid Terminal OV – EB meters, and installing the Eaton timer. DA box stands for data automation. With this box, it is possible to perform measurements in our networks to manage them well in the future. To predict when we can upgrade components and, on the other hand, charge when supply and demand are aligned. Measuring energy at transformer level and at individual cables.

Switching public lighting, reading fault indicators, switching medium voltage, measuring humidity and temperature in the substations.

In the next five to ten years, we will equip all our 20,000 medium-voltage rooms with this technology.

From day one, you become part of the Maintenance department. The department works throughout the entire Stedin service area. We have divided this area into regions. Each region is divided into teams. The regions are managed by a head who, together with the team leaders of the teams, ensures the correct execution of fault and maintenance-related activities.

The Project Manager is part of the 'DA' team. The 'DA' team consists of a project manager, work planners, and a technical specialist.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level and have completed a degree in, for example, (technical) business administration, electrical engineering, or construction engineering.
• You have knowledge of the installation of underground networks (cables and pipes) (a plus)
• You have thorough knowledge and extensive, recent experience with project management (IPMA or equivalent).
• You have experience in leading combined projects and/or projects with a large number of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of and experience with the organization and supporting departments (such as land affairs and environmental management) is a plus.
