Maximum: rate: 108,- Assignment Description As a project manager for chain facilities, you will lead projects in a political-administrative environment. These projects are operational and/or tactical in nature and are of strategic importance to our clients. These projects often contain a solid IT component, aimed at realizing new or improving existing products and services.

Think, for example, of developing facilities where various organizations can exchange information from various systems. This requires cooperation with chain partners and other parties, where the interests are high and possibly conflicting, and can lead to (inter)national reputational risks for those involved. Of course, you will not do this alone. You will work closely with a department manager, team manager, product owner, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

In this challenging playing field, you will be the point of contact and figurehead for this project in the environment, manage expectations with the internal and external client, and communicate the vision of your project that is planned within Justid on the portfolio. In short, a great challenge for a technical project manager who wants to sink their teeth into a complex and dynamic environment! You may also be deployed on other projects, but this will be coordinated in consultation with each other.

Background of the assignment For one of our clients, we need to develop, set up, and host a (new) application using the NextCloud application. The current application must be phased out, and users will have to be migrated. Two departments of Justid are involved in this, including the IT department. For this assignment, we are therefore looking for a project manager with technical knowledge who can effectively position technical people to ensure the project's effectiveness. This person must be able to successfully complete this project in a politically sensitive environment.

Finally, Justid seeks experience and insight into setting up new services, including determining the necessary resources, expertise, and capacity for the team responsible for setting up new services and ultimately transferring them to management. Requirements Extensive experience in advising, guiding, and supporting teams in change processes The candidate has demonstrable experience working in a politically and administratively sensitive environment.

Specifically, the candidate must demonstrate that he/she can handle the interests of multiple organizations, each represented in the project (6 years) Wishes Knowledge of NextCloud Experience in a government organization is a plus Competencies Experience as a (technical) project leader By using your organizational sensitivity and change management skills, you can get parties on the same page. Furthermore, you are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented You have knowledge of the Judicial chains/environment Additional Information Secondment is not allowed.

Delivery by Yellow Friday to the Ministry of Justice and Security is via Sogeti. This is not a case of chain formation/secondment, as Yellow Friday carried out the tender together with Sogeti and is a formal subcontractor.
