Lead the strategic log source migration project and secure the SecOps visibility of a banking giant
As part of the evolution of detection capabilities and the strengthening of the security posture within the Cyber Trust & Risk IT division at our banking client, we are looking for a Senior Cyber Project Manager - Log Source Migration. Your role will be highly strategic, structuring, and high-visibility: you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a large-scale project dedicated to the migration, normalization, and collection of log sources (systems, networks, applications, Cloud) to cyber defense platforms (SIEM/SOC).
You will be responsible for meeting milestones, budget control, and risk management with the executive committees.
Your Future Environment
You will work within the Cyber Trust & Risk IT division in Guyancourt (78), at the heart of a demanding large-scale banking environment. As the conductor, you will lead a vast matrix of cross-functional stakeholders: cybersecurity teams, SOC/CSIRT, infrastructure, network, production/operations, architecture, compliance, group entities, and external service providers. This is the ideal setting to exercise your cross-functional leadership, secure strategic project trajectories under Triskell, and report directly to management.
Your Key Missions

Governance, Steering Committee Animation & Management Reporting (ADVISORY & DIRECTION Mode):
Testing, Deployment & Transition to RUN (DELIVERY & TRANSITION Mode):
- Ensure the scoping, structuring, and end-to-end management of the log source migration project (inventory, flow mapping, collection strategies, parsing, and retention).
- Build, optimize, and rigorously monitor the macro/detailed schedule, overall budget, and resource allocation.
- Identify, map, and manage project risks, cross-functional dependencies (impacts on production, launch windows), and mitigation plans.
- Orchestrate and challenge deliverables from publishers, suppliers, and external service providers involved in the project.
- Rigorously apply the internal project methodology and utilize group tools (Triskell, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Prepare, lead, and facilitate project committees, steering committees (COPIL), and management committees.
- Develop regular, concise, and reliable reporting for Top Management (dashboards, project health metrics, migration coverage rate, alerts, and escalations).
- Lead change management, global communication, and strategic alignment with the Group's business, IT, and Cyber entities.
- Coordinate the organization of functional/technical testing strategies, validation of collected log quality, and cutover phases.
- Secure production deployment, support skills transfer to IT Production / SOC teams, and formalize the transition to RUN.
- Conduct project reviews (lessons learned REX) and formalize continuous improvement areas.
