Jobbeschreibung

As a Project Manager within the Consulting and Owner's Representative department, you will support investors, owners, and companies in the valuation and transformation of their assets or in their construction projects. You will manage operations from feasibility to delivery, select and manage stakeholders, and ensure project performance.

Project overview

Context

Within our Consulting and Owner's Representative department, you will support investors, owners, and companies in the valuation and transformation of their assets, or in their construction projects: offices, hotels, higher education, R&D, mixed-use buildings. Our ambition? To advise our clients to create lasting double value: for real estate assets and for users.

Depending on the mandate, you will act as an Owner's Representative (AMO) or Project Manager (MOD), with a potentially multidisciplinary team by your side. You are the client's point of contact: you manage an operation, you lead a team, you explain, you influence, you keep your commitments.

Missions

Required Skills

  • Manage your operations from feasibility to delivery: analyze the building or land, gather the needs of the client and business teams, define the most suitable product, draft the program and specifications, assist the client throughout the operation, from programming to acceptance.
  • Select and manage stakeholders: consult and choose architects, engineering firms, contractors, then coordinate their work during the design and construction phases, representing the client and protecting their interests throughout the project.
  • Secure authorizations: support and advise the client with administrative authorities (urban planning, ABF, etc.) for authorizations such as building permits, prior declarations.
  • Maintain project performance: revenue, profitability, margin, risks, contracts, invoicing, you are responsible for and manage them.
  • Manage the client relationship: meetings, negotiation of terms, daily decisions. Depending on your experience, coordinate the relationship with key clients and projects in critical phases.
  • Guide and coach project managers within the team: support junior and experienced profiles on your projects, in their missions and in solving complex problems.
  • Contribute to the department's development: participate in commercial activities (pitches, proposals), offer clients JLL's complementary expertise, and evolve internal tools that improve team performance.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in architecture, engineering school, or business school.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in consulting and/or real estate project management, with complex operations managed through to delivery.
  • Comfortable with clients: excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, synthesis skills, ability to question and challenge received information.
  • Rigor, organization, adaptability, teamwork, curiosity, and agility.
  • Writing and teaching skills: explaining methodologies, sharing knowledge, transmitting information.
  • Business acumen and proficiency in English.
