Project Manager SAP / Manhattan OMS – Integration & Interfaces

Project overview

As part of an international integration project between SAP and Manhattan OMS, we are looking for an experienced technico-functional Project Manager to support the design and implementation of interfaces between the two solutions.

The project, currently in the Low Level Design (LLD) phase, is part of a deployment program across several European entities.

We are seeking a profile capable of combining a solid understanding of SAP and OMS environments with real skills in project management, workshop facilitation, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

The consultant will play a driving role in advancing the work, facilitating exchanges between different stakeholders, and ensuring the proper coordination of functional and technical teams.

• Lead and coordinate integration work between SAP and Manhattan OMS.
• Mobilize the right business, functional, and technical stakeholders based on the topics to be addressed.
• Organize and facilitate working meetings, workshops, and design reviews.
• Structure discussions, facilitate speaking, and promote convergence among the different stakeholders.
• Ensure follow-up of actions, decisions, and blocking points.
• Produce minutes, summaries, and reports for the project teams.
• Be proactive and play a driving role in advancing the work.
• Participate in the analysis of business needs and processes related to SAP / OMS flows.
• Contribute to the design of interfaces between SAP and Manhattan OMS.
• Support Low Level Design work and design reviews.
• Draft, analyze, and challenge functional and technico-functional specifications.
• Identify dependencies and functional and technical impacts between the different systems.
• Ensure the consistency of proposed solutions with business needs and integration constraints.
• Act as the interface between SAP, OMS, business, and technical teams.
• Provide functional and technico-functional support to the various teams.
• Facilitate the resolution of integration issues and coordinate necessary actions.
• Ensure fluid communication between the project's various contributors.
